Garrett Builders Ltd is a well-established family run business offering a high quality and hassle-free building service.

Owned and directed by Stephen Garrett - who has over 30 years of building experience - Garrett Builders Ltd carries out a wide range of building services. Due to our experience and an excellent working relationship with the local authorities, architects and engineers we can undertake most contracts from planning permission through to completion.

All of our work is completed to a high quality and professional level with as little disruption to you as possible. To ensure this we apply Quality, Clean, Reliable and Friendly work ethics to every job:

To us, it is important that you feel you can talk to us about the work being completed. We do not mind if you want to suggest changes once work has started - it is your property and you should decide how it looks and how work be completed.

Because of the high professional levels we maintain, all staff work to a no smoking, bad language or loud radios onsite policy; and no work boots are allowed on carpets inside properties.

We are fully insured to complete all types of building work and will guarantee work once it has been finished. Also Stephen Garrett is fully DBS checked and operates a full child safeguarding policy.
